I am Davor, currently holding the position of Marketing and Sales Manager at Fine and Country Islington. In this role, my responsibilities encompass various aspects of marketing communications, sales, negotiations, client communications, lead generation, canvassing, and managing our office's social media presence.
As the Marketing and Sales Manager, I take charge of devising effective marketing strategies to promote our agency's services and showcase the properties we represent. I oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, online listings, and advertisements, to attract potential buyers and generate interest in the properties we offer.
Alongside marketing, I actively engage in sales and negotiation processes. I work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the buying or selling journey. Leveraging my expertise in sales techniques and market knowledge, I negotiate on behalf of our clients to secure favourable deals and achieve optimal prices for their properties.
