Creating an environment that encourages individuals to maximise their strengths to strengthen the team, underpins my philosophy in our business. I come from a background of film and advertising, probably one of the clearest examples of the power of team work and a wonderful introduction to business in general. When you make a film commercial or a movie, each individual relies on the next to ensure that the end product is complete and perfect. So it is in marketing homes. They say no man is an island, and certainly at Fine & Country we are aware that we are nothing without our clients and their beautiful homes, without our property consultants, IT and tech gurus, without marketing experts, conveyancers, photographers, videographers, editors and office support, without the confidence that being part of a leading global brand brings and without the encouragement of our colleagues and families. There is no better feeling than building a platform that brings all the cogs of the engine together to create a dynamic entity to make magic and sell property. It is what inspires me each day and propels me to constantly seek new and better ways of marketing and doing business in the property sector.
